Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using TASKinterval. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
TASKinterval is an iOS application that helps you track and schedule recurring maintenance tasks — for your home, vehicle, and other equipment — using time-based or mileage-based intervals. The app sends push notifications reminding you when tasks are due, logs your completion history, and automatically schedules your next reminder.
TASKinterval is operated by Vraxni Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "Company").
You must be at least 13 years old to use TASKinterval. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms.

Prices may be subject to applicable taxes and may vary by region as determined by Apple.
New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial before the first billing charge. The free trial period begins when you initiate a subscription. No credit card is required to start a free trial via Apple's in-app purchase system.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to TASKinterval until that date.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you reasonable notice of any price change. If you do not agree to the price change, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Your continued use of TASKinterval after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
If you subscribe during a free trial:
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. All billing is governed by Apple's terms and conditions, which you agreed to when creating your Apple ID.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as provided by Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple directly:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activities that occur under your account. Sign in with Apple is the sole authentication method for TASKinterval. You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree not to:
TASKinterval and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you create within TASKinterval (your task names, notes, and completion logs). You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Your use of TASKinterval is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
TASKINTERVAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. TASKinterval is a reminder tool only — we are not responsible for any consequences arising from missed maintenance tasks, including property damage, mechanical failure, or personal injury.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF TASKINTERVAL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF TASKINTERVAL SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
For users in the European Union: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").
However, by starting your subscription or free trial, you expressly request that we begin providing the digital service immediately, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you begin your free trial and use the service within the 14-day period, the right of withdrawal is waived.
If you have not used the service within the 14-day cooling-off period, you may cancel by contacting us at taskinterval@vraxni.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shelby County, Alabama.
For EU users: Nothing in this section limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, for significant changes, by providing notice through the app. Your continued use of TASKinterval after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
